What you'll be doing:

Coordinate and optimize supply chain planning functions in service operations. Ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness while aligning with business goals. Strong supply chain management background and analytical skills required. Lead high-performance teams in a growing, hands-on role.

  • Business Strategy: Create and implement supply chain strategies and plans to support business goals and improve service delivery. Analyze the impact of demand and supply on material availability and SLAs for new service business models, informing strategic decision-making.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a hard-performance planning team. Build out the service planning organization to complement our business growth.

  • Demand Forecasting: Lead the development of accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, failure rates, and incorporating customer-specific demand elements. Work with revenue units to track allocation and consumption of new GPU supply for service demand.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock while minimizing excess inventory and associated carrying costs. Manage a global footprint of forward stocking locations to meet next business day and 4-Hour SLAs.

  • CM Management: Supervise relationships with suppliers and vendors to guarantee punctual supply commitments from contract manufacturers. Monitor supply commitments and timely performance of production and repair locations worldwide.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Engage with IT to configure SAP and service planning systems to support new service business models.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data analytics to monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Apply important metrics like inventory hit-rate, minimum stocking levels, and demand/supply matching.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred.

  • Minimum of 8-10 overall years of experience in services planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role coordinating planning functions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.

  • Experience in applying supply chain planning systems (Baxter experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in developing long-term strategies and improving operational processes.

  • Problem solver with a keen business insight.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated dedication to maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

The base salary range is 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
