Our team seeks a highly motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic Engineering Program Manager to contribute to and drive Apple’s innovative product development and introductions. This role will support the dynamic and rapidly evolving Wireless Hardware (HW) technologies across Apple’s diverse product portfolio.

EPMs are fearless organizers and communicators who are ready to work cross-functionally with highly skilled engineers, architects, operations, and product design individuals throughout Apple as well as with external suppliers.
A successful candidate will strategize, plan, and drive high-quality execution on schedule. Be a fast learner, curious, self-driven, collaborative, responsible for managing/communicating status, issues, and driving effective resolutions. Demonstrate the ability to lead and develop new processes and ideas, foster strong networks and partnerships across Apple.
Minimum Qualifications
BSEE or equivalent.
10+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of: RF/Wireless system design/architecture, RF test, RF application engineering.
Track record of development and integration of wireless technologies into products.
Demonstrated experience in technical/ project management.
Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-driven, curious, eager to learn, and be part of a team.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
MSEE, MBA, or equivalent preferred, but not required
Working knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes in the consumer electronics space
Technical project/product management experience
Experience in one or more of: RF Design/architecture, RF Test, RF application engineering, wireless system design, or related fields.
Passion for leading continuous improvement, innovations, execution excellence, and quality.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
