The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Define and advocate the product goal, strategy, and roadmap for core Chat features and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered experiences, ensuring alignment with the overall Google Workspace strategy.
Understand user needs and pain points through user research, data analysis, and market research.
Translate user needs into detailed product specifications and use cases. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful features.
Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, and marketers to bring product to life.
Launch and iterate on new products and features, analyzing their performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize user experience.
