Execute the bringup and validation of high-speed interfaces (HBM, PCIe, SerDes), developing and executing test plans for functionality, performance, power consumption, and compliance
Debug and resolve system-level issues in collaboration with design, development, and manufacturing teams
Develop and maintain test environments, including automation scripts and testbenches, for efficient validation of high-speed interfaces
Perform signal integrity analysis and optimize systems to meet jitter, power, and thermal requirements
Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and validate hardware-software interactions
Stay current with the latest industry standards (e.g., PCIe 5.0, HBM3, SerDes) and apply best practices to improve our products and processes
Create and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test reports, and technical notes, to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
Hands on experience in high-speed digital design, product bringup, and validation (HBM, PCIe, SerDes)
Expertise in programming languages such as Python, C++, and familiarity with validation tools like UVM, OVM, or VMM
Strong understanding of computer architecture, signal integrity, and high-speed interface standards (HBM, PCIe, SerDes)
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple cross-functional teams

$120,000 - $264,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
