In this role, you’ll be faced with implementing, enhancing and maintaining technical security systems globally. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong desire to increase efficiencies and improve physical security posture, all while making large-scale impact and contributing to a cross-functional team. You will work alongside a world-class team of Security Engineers who share a common vision of improving employee safety through innovation and collaboration. 

What You’ll Do
  • Provide best-in-class support for critical security infrastructure while ensuring systems are running optimally 24/7
  • Configure, deploy, update and maintain video archiving servers at scale for multiple use-cases and form factors
  • Continuously gather requirements from stakeholders/internal customers and create roadmaps for future expansion of capabilities
  • Create programming, commissioning and service documentation for utilization by cross-functional teams
  • Take ownership of the procurement lifecycle while managing relationships with multiple vendors
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in security systems engineering with a deep understanding of camera playback, access control or related systems
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field or related experience
  • Experience with implementing, maintaining and updating technical security products such as Genetec, SureView, Gallagher, Nx Witness, Commend, etc.
  • Experience deploying systems and applications in both Physical Server and Virtual Machine server environments
  • Familiarity with Hanwha and Axis security camera hardware, including the ability to configure cameras, update firmware, troubleshoot issues and leverage camera API’s
  • Proven track record of building highly-customized security solutions in multiple environments, including factories, corporate offices, remote locations, etc.
  • Demonstrate a solution-driven approach to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues, ensuring optimized results and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in navigating ambiguity, maintaining focus on goals while adjusting to evolving needs in a fast paced environment
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaboration approach, fostering effective teamwork and supporting a positive team dynamic

    Expected Compensation

    $108,000 - $228,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
