What to Expect
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician to join our Power Electronics & Energy Storage manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, increase product performance, and enhance manufacturing productivity.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with engineers to develop, test, and validate new manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality products
Install, qualify, and validate new equipment to meet quality and manufacturing standards
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality
Create and maintain accurate process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams
Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues, collect and analyze data, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Train and support manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience as an engineering technician in an automated/semi-automated high-volume manufacturing environment
Proficiency in common workplace software (Microsoft Office, Visio, Access, etc.) and utilizing SQL queries to access the database and pull reports
Associate's Degree in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering or a related field, preferred or equivalent experience
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with ability to collaborate across teams
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies a plus
