Description

In this role, you will be a key member of the Systems Engineering team working on mobility control features for 5G-NR and LTE.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS with 3 plus years of industry experience.
  • Good understanding of 5G-NR or LTE standards: RRC and PHY specifically.
  • In-depth knowledge of Wireless Communication Systems.
  • Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Javascript and/or Python for system-level simulation, workflow automation, data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong theoretical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in modem chipset design and bring up.
  • Familiar with NR/LTE reference signal design, cell search/measurement and mobility behavior.
  • Familiar with key RRC signaling flows between UE and network.
  • Ability to make proper design tradeoff considering power, performance and complexity.
  • Ability to understand performance impact under external restrictions such as coexistence issues.
