Description
We are a team of dedicated engineers, helping to ensure seamless compatibility between Apple hardware and software with third-party products. You'll own new feature qualifications, working collaboratively to integrate new tests into the MFi Program. Lead the identification and rollout of program improvements to elevate the MFi developer journey and provide outstanding user experiences!
Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and run tests for validating hardware and software features at both the system and user levels
- Integrate efficient new feature qualification strategies into MFi certification programs
- Apply QA methodologies to meet the highest standard of customer experience
- Identify, describe, and clearly communicate issues to partners and leadership
- Assess customer impact of issues through use of data analysis and statistical methodologies
- Champion quality, actively contributing to process improvements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field (examples: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering) and/or 4+ years of equivalent experience
Experience being accountable for quality in a technical area
Experience with technology-based compliance programs like USB-IF, Wi-Fi Alliance, or Connected Car Consortium
Program management experience

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
